"England Swings!" Sherman Peabody drags Reuben to the newly rebuilt city of London to promote good will while the Plex is sponsoring a peace treaty between the English and Irish poli-clubs. So far, the only thing the two sides can agree on is a temporary cease-fire while Mark Thrust is on, and The Plex means to use that to their advantage. Meanwhile Antonio DeLa Christo, the current head of 4th World Industries, goes on a spree kill, and as usual Reuben gets caught in the middle. This issue also contains an 8 page backup story: 'There Is A Heppy Land, Fur, Fur Away...' by Moore and Stroman (featuring a cameo from one of Moore's more famous creations).
